Cornwall Council has commissioned People Places Lives Ltd to provide the Kernow Directory website. People Places Lives Ltd collects and processes information on our behalf, acting as a data processor, in order to deliver this service.
If you use the Information Finder and choose to provide your email address, it will be used solely to send you the information you have selected. Your email address will be retained for one month and then securely deleted.
If you contact us using the feedback form, or provide your email address through the Information Finder to share feedback, your details will also be retained for one month before being deleted.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(e): processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, as set out under the Care Act 2014.
